Bid analysis

The Bid analysis overview contains the following information for each supplier:1During an RFx, it is only possible to see whether the supplier has submitted a bid but the bid cannot be opened until the Rfx is completed, i.e. the bid can be opened after setting bid opening date.

  • The supplier has opened a tender (Yes/No),

  • The supplier has entered and saved the offer (Yes/No),

  • The supplier has submitted an offer (Yes/No),

  • The number of answers provided on the Questionnaire (RFi),

  • The number of documents the supplier submitted,

  • The supplier is disqualified (Yes/No),

  • The date on which the supplier submitted the final bid.

If you click on the highlighted button, the individual offer for the selected supplier will be opened.

 

To open all documents attached to an RFx by a selected supplier, click on the highlighted button:

The Export analysis button is used to export bids for the selected RFx round directly to MS Excel .

Note: This feature supports Alternative Bid Analysis, unlike the standard Price analysis button.

 

The Export bids button is used to export bids from all RFx rounds and all suppliers to MS Excel.

 

The RFi results button is used to print the results of the questionnaire for the selected RFx round.

The Price Analysis button opens a specialized Price Analysis module where submitted offers for the selected RFx can be analyzed.

 

The bid award button is used to select the supplier to whom we want to award the job. When you click the button, all line items for the selected RFx are awarded to the selected supplier. Further fine-tuning (e.g. awarding different line items to different suppliers) can be made in the bid assignment module.

 

After price analysis, you can start a new Rfx round or e-Auction round or proceed with bid award.
